Jennifer Searl-Palleschi

Chief Operating Officer

Jennifer Searl-Palleschi is the Chief Operating Officer at Orchid Cove. Jennifer is a well-respected leader with extensive knowledge of skilled nursing facilities. She is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in leadership management, healthcare operations and strategic planning. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology and Masters in Health Care Administration with serving in prior positions as an Administrator, Regional Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations. Family first approach is the foundation to her core values which include love, integrity, commitment, and respect which reflects in everything she does.

Katie Berzowski

Regional Director of Operations

Katie Berzowski is a Regional Director of Operations at Orchid Cove. Prior to joining Orchid Cove Health Group, Katie held the position of Regional Director of Operations with Accordius Health. In the ten years prior to her work at Accordius Health, she served as a nursing home administrator in Florida bringing excellent leadership with proven outcomes that exceed the industry’s standards. Her passion for work in the nursing home setting stems from her own mother’s journey with Early Onset Alzheimer’s Disease and wanting to create a positive and educational environment for the residents, families, and employees that she encounters in our facilities. Katie excels in providing strong leadership skills through her ability to mentor and lead by example.

Amy Allen

Vice President of Business Development

Amy Allen is the Vice President of Business Development at Orchid Cove Group. Prior to joining Orchid Cove, Amy served as the Vice President of Business Partnerships with Accordius Health. Over the last decade, she worked in strategic business development and marketing roles with two large multi-state health care companies. Developing strong partnerships is the foundation to everything Amy does, both professionally and personally. She thrives on challenges while staying solution focused.

Brandon Todd

Regional Director of Operations

Brandon Todd currently serves as a Regional Director of Operations for Orchid Cove Health Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Long Term Healthcare Administration from Southern Adventist University. Brandon is an enthusiastic leader with experience that ranges from an Administrator in Training, Assistant Administrator, and Nursing Home Administrator for over 8 years within multiple skilled nursing companies. Brandon is a result-driven individual who has provided excellent resident care and satisfaction, while establishing a solid foundation built on employee relations. In his spare time, Brandon loves to play sports, specifically golf, and will watch an Atlanta Braves game whenever he gets a chance.

Karen Barker Robbins

Vice President of Clinical Services

Karen Robbins is the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Orchid Cove Health Group. Karen brings more than 28 years of clinical experience in long term care to Orchid Cove, including positions of Director of Nursing, Regional Director Clinical Operations, and Senior Vice President of Clinical Services. Her continued clinical excellence and operational efficiency has led her to achieve improvement in overall survey results, including deficiency free surveys, 5 Stars/Gold Seal buildings, and Joint Commission Accreditation. Karen promotes the highest level of quality outcomes with a proven track record on performance.

Everton Spencer

Regional Director of Operations

Regional Director of Operations, Everton Spencer, has been a noteworthy leader in the healthcare industry, with over 20 years in the long-term care setting managing individual facilities to large CRC’s.
Everton holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He has also served as District President and Board member for Florida Health Care Association.
Everton’s demonstration of excellent long-term care earned him the Governor’s Gold Seal Award for three (3) consecutive two-year terms. In the state of Florida, only 28 facilities have ever received that merit.
He has also been honored with the Prestigious American Health Care Association Baldridge Gold Award of Excellence, the highest distinction for Quality awarded in the United States. Previously only 33 facilities in the United States have ever attained the award and distinction. Everton’s calling in life is to serve others, and what better way to fulfill that mission than taking care of a precious resource, our seniors.
